Answer
Power has many forms.
Money is power in this world.
There is influence, speaking ability, intelligence, convincing ability, physical strength, health, wealth, and many other kinds of power.
Krishna can easily provide all of these.
However, for devotees, Krishna governs power under a different law.
He gives only as much power as an individual—or even a group of devotees—can handle while remaining Krishna conscious.
Even if we are capable of handling more, Krishna may still give it gradually because He wants to purify us through struggle.
We should also be willing to struggle for Krishna's service.
In material life we struggled for wealth, prestige, and influence for our own enjoyment. Those tendencies also need to be purified.
Everything in a devotee's life is directly controlled by Krishna.
For non-devotees, power and circumstances are largely governed by the laws of karma and time.
For devotees, however, Krishna personally decides how much power to give.
Therefore, any shortage or abundance of power is not based merely on karma. It is based on the direct decision of Srila Prabhupada and Krishna.
The preaching mission must continue and expand throughout the world, as instructed by Lord Chaitanya.
Yet we have barely begun.
Sometimes we cannot even reach people in another part of our own city.
We should not become discouraged.
Our responsibility is simply to present Krishna consciousness. Whether people accept or reject it is their choice.
There are countless ways to spread Krishna consciousness, and together we must continue to grow.
As devotees mature over the years by faithfully following Srila Prabhupada's instructions, tremendous spiritual power will naturally manifest.
We are only at the dawn of this movement.
Purity must develop.
If we simply follow Srila Prabhupada's instructions, Krishna consciousness will become an extraordinarily powerful force.
