Answer
From the spiritual perspective, material quantity does not matter.
Every bit of prasadam helps spiritualize your consciousness. It gradually spiritualizes your body and consciousness. This does not mean that eating more prasadam produces proportionately greater spiritual advancement.
If you eat more than your body can digest, even though it is prasadam, the excess will simply be eliminated. Therefore, eat only as much as your body can properly absorb. Do not eat too little either—eat a healthy amount that your body can digest, and allow that to nourish and spiritualize you. The spiritual benefit comes from the consciousness with which you honor prasadam, not from its physical quantity. That consciousness elevates you spiritually.
At the same time, the physical food has a positive effect on the physical body.
A rasgulla is not merely a gross material object. It also has a subtle existence. When it is offered to the Lord, it acquires a spiritual dimension as well.
In that spiritual dimension, there is no difference between one tiny drop, five grams, or ten grams. Therefore, as far as spiritual benefit is concerned, even honoring a very small portion of prasadam gives the same spiritual blessing.
