Answer
Truth can be realized only when the proper understanding is awakened within the heart. It is not something that can be forced upon anyone.
Ultimately, truth is revealed by Krishna from within the heart. Such realization takes place when one becomes humble, sincerely practices Krishna consciousness, and prays to the Lord for understanding. Only then does real maturity and spiritual enlightenment arise.
Spiritual subject matter is not easy to grasp by ordinary effort alone. However, it has been made accessible and simple through the mercy of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
Therefore, one should accept His guidance, chant the Hare Krishna mantra, remain in the association of devotees, and prepare oneself for going back home, back to Godhead. This is the most beneficial path.
