As far as I know, since this is a prayer to Lord Narasimha, there is no specific qualification required to chant it. Anyone can offer prayers to Lord Narasimha and seek His protection and blessings. There are no rigid restrictions or prerequisites for doing so.

The Lord is supremely compassionate, and He responds to sincere prayer offered by anyone, regardless of their background or qualification.
