Answer
It is the same process for everyone. It is not that some people possess special techniques or secret methods different from what Srila Prabhupada has taught.

Devotees who sincerely follow Srila Prabhupada's instructions, who make a serious effort to practice Krishna consciousness, who accept proper guidance, and who work diligently in their spiritual life naturally make advancement. In fact, they often make rapid advancement.

As one advances in devotional service, realization also increases. One becomes better able to understand devotional principles, perform devotional service effectively, and help others in Krishna consciousness. Such a person gradually becomes qualified to guide and inspire others. This is a natural result of sincere spiritual practice.

This opportunity is available to everyone. It is not reserved for a select few. Anyone who seriously follows the process can experience spiritual growth and realization.

Therefore, the essential instruction is to become serious about Krishna consciousness, carefully study Srila Prabhupada's books, and sincerely follow his instructions.

At the same time, we should understand that Srila Prabhupada's instructions are not limited to a few basic practices such as chanting Hare Krishna daily and following the four regulative principles. Those are certainly fundamental, but Prabhupada's teachings extend far beyond them.

Throughout his writings—Bhagavad-gita As It Is, Srimad-Bhagavatam, Chaitanya-charitamrita, and his other books—Srila Prabhupada provides guidance on every aspect of devotional life. His instructions are found throughout his purports, explanations, and discussions of devotional service.

For example, while describing the lives of great devotees, Srila Prabhupada explains what lessons we should learn from them and how we can apply those lessons in our own lives. He teaches us how to follow in the footsteps of exalted devotees such as Prahlada Maharaja, Dhruva Maharaja, Ambarisha Maharaja, and Maharaja Parikshit.

Imitation of great devotees is not recommended and can be spiritually harmful. However, following in their footsteps is highly recommended for everyone. The question is not how to imitate their extraordinary activities, but how to adopt their qualities, attitudes, faith, determination, and devotion.

Through their words, actions, behavior, and devotional practices, these great devotees teach profound spiritual lessons. Srila Prabhupada explains these lessons in the appropriate places throughout his books, showing us how to apply them in our own devotional service.

Therefore, by carefully studying Srila Prabhupada's writings and sincerely applying his instructions, anyone can gradually develop realization, make steady advancement, and become firmly established in Krishna consciousness.
