This opportunity is available to everyone. It is not reserved for a select few. Anyone who seriously follows the process can experience spiritual growth and realization.
Therefore, the essential instruction is to become serious about Krishna consciousness, carefully study Srila Prabhupada's books, and sincerely follow his instructions.
At the same time, we should understand that Srila Prabhupada's instructions are not limited to a few basic practices such as chanting Hare Krishna daily and following the four regulative principles. Those are certainly fundamental, but Prabhupada's teachings extend far beyond them.
Throughout his writings—Bhagavad-gita As It Is, Srimad-Bhagavatam, Chaitanya-charitamrita, and his other books—Srila Prabhupada provides guidance on every aspect of devotional life. His instructions are found throughout his purports, explanations, and discussions of devotional service.
